Finish up evolution and natural selection; cover all major themes of evolution and hand out a sheet explaining these themes. When finished, begin discussing organization of life - Linnaeus and binomial nomenclature. Assign video to watch on Edmodo - construction of dichotomous keys.
Tuesday
Binomial nomenclature, scientific names, and organization systems. Begin review for next week's final on Quia.
Wednesday
Cladograms - review and link natural selection to this; give out a cladogram worksheet to do in class
Thursday
Continue cladograms; review and begin discussing keys. Have the lecture video watched over dichotomous keys by today!!!
